Sharing pictures from my trip to Sedona, Arizona.
Sedona, Arizona is a beautiful place with picturesque mountain views and the prettiest blue skies. A couple of weeks ago I flew down to Phoenix, Arizona and road tripped up to Sedona – which I now consider to be a bucket list destination for it’s incredible red rock bluffs and awesome hiking!
No picture I share here will do justice to the beauty I saw, but hopefully you’ll get the general idea!
If you’re into the outdoors and adventure then Sedona is the place for you, it’s a great place to visit as a romantic getaway with a significant other, with a group of friends or family. I was there for one full day and only wish I had more time to explore all the cool hiking destinations, next time I visit I’m definitely setting aside at least four to five days. For this trip I packed a lot of work out clothes, comfortable sneakers and sunglasses. The weather was warm and sunny, perfect for spending all day outdoors exploring and taking tons of pictures.
My Sedona recommendations
Stay: L’Auberge de Sedona, Amara Resort & Spa, Sedona Rouge
Eat: Elote Cafe, Picazzo’s Organic Italian Kitchen, Barking Frog Grille, Tii Gavo, Dahl & Di Luca Ristorante
See: Doe Mountain trail was my favorite hike, views for days. Devil’s Bridge, Fay Canyon, Cathedral Rock and Chapel of the Holy Cross.
Bring: Comfortable hiking shoes, sunglasses, sun screen, water bottle, a car (Sedona is not a walking town, things are pretty spread out and there is no Uber there), make sure to bring a camera and your sense of adventure!

My parents moved to Phoenix in the last couple years & I had never thought much about Arizona. After visiting them there’s still so much I want to see, Sedona included! The desert is stunning.
It really is! I was the same, didn’t think much of it but now having visited Sedona, I love it there!
