Here’s what I wore on the Fourth of July.
For the long Fourth of July weekend I flew to Walla Walla, WA to spend time wine tasting in the sun and visiting with friends. More to come on my trip in another blog post soon! For now I wanted to share the pretty white dress I wore on the Fourth of July for an afternoon BBQ, it’s from Devlin! I paired the dress with a bold red lip, my absolute favorite Karen Walker sunglasses, and some delicate gold jewelry.

My favorite thing about this dress is the pretty floral appliqués that embellish the soft breezy fabric. The silhouette is feminine and simple making it a perfect choice to wear to celebrate the holiday. It will definitely be on repeat throughout summer.
You might also notice that my hair is a little shorter! I went into my stylist, Jason at Essensuals London in Seattle last week and said please make my hair shorter, something about warm summer weather really has me craving shorter hair.
My rings are BaubleBar from Nordstrom here and here // Apple Watch Sport in rose gold // Quartz cuff from Forever 21 but it’s super old, here’s something similar
I figured I’d throw in a good candid shot here, it was windy when we took these pictures so I had to fight the wind from getting in my face!
My sandals were a last minute desperate purchase, they’re Tory Burch sandals. Ones I’d been eyeing for a while but just didn’t make the jump on getting them, until last week. The day before I left for my trip I wore a pair of Christian Louboutin heels to work, I ended up walking around work a lot more than I originally planned and came home with some pretty nasty blisters. So these sandals saved my weekend! They went with everything and were very comfortable to walk around in.
