Going out for date night on say a Saturday evening can be crowded and a little exhausting. To me there’s something awfully romantic about staying in and enjoying the company of your significant other and having them all to yourself. Today I’m sharing a cocktail recipe perfect to try for your next cozy date night in. I put my personal spin on the Kahlua® Mind Eraser cocktail again, maybe you saw my last recipe here. This time I’ve added elements of lavender and mint!

Minty Mind Eraser cocktail recipe

Ingredients

• 1 part Kahlua®
• 1 part Absolut Vodka
• 2 parts lavender soda
• A spring of mint
• High ball glass, ice and a straw

Directions

1. Fill your glass with ice
2. Pour in Kahlua®
3. Add vodka and top off with lavender soda
4. Add your sprig of mint
5. Stir and enjoy with the straw!
