Last week I hosted a holiday dinner with close friends and Coors Peak.
This is my favorite time of year, Christmas is my absolute favorite holiday! I love visiting hotel lobbies, walking around downtown and seeing all the beautiful holiday lights that sparkle in windows and on trees. Another thing I love doing is hosting dinners with friends, when you get a good mix of friends, food and drink, it makes for a truly memorable night. Some of the best nights I’ve ever had in my life have taken place around a dinner table surrounded by good people and laughter.
The holidays are the perfect time to get together with friends and celebrate the season. This special dinner took place at Goldfinch Tavern at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and was hosted by me and Coors Peak beer. Coors Peak is a crisp copper lager that is certified gluten free beer and is brewed with 100% natural, non-gluten containing ingredients. Aside from being impressed with the great crisp taste, it was cool to read all the ingredients in the beer listed right on the bottle. Goldfinch Tavern did an awesome job at pairing some great gluten free dishes with our gluten free beer!
At dinner all my guests had the opportunity to try Coors Peak, we were all in agreement that it was smooth and full flavored! Sitting around a table with friends always seems to make time feel like it stands still, we were all having so much fun visiting, that four hours went by before we realized it was getting late.
We served our appetizers tapas style so everyone had the chance to try a little bit of everything.
I couldn’t have asked for a more enchanting and special evening with my friends at dinner! Learn more about Coors Peak and find out where you can pick it up to try for yourself. Coors Peak can be found at most major grocery chains in the Seattle and Portland metropolitan areas as well as select bars and restaurants.
