Flowy floral printed chiffon. Try saying that 10 times over.

This enchanting Eliza J dress has pretty pleats and soft cool tones, making it the perfect dress for a summer night out, twirling and feeling ultra feminine. I wore this dress a few weeks back to a very special dinner at a place in Woodinville, WA called The Herbfarm. If you live in the greater Seattle area I highly recommend going! Even though the dress is long the fabric is soft and lightweight, making it airy and easy to wear in the summer when it’s hot out. Having the open back also helps a lot in keeping you cool while still looking elegant.

Dress: Eliza J c/o (on sale for under $100) // Sunglasses: Ray Ban // Clutch: BCBG (similar) // Lipstick: Dolce & Gabbana // Shoes: Vince, old (similar)

For this shoot I paired the dress with some simple jewelry, a bright lip and pinned back parts of my hair. The dress has so much color and detail that I wanted the print to be the focus. It almost felt like I was wearing a painting! The tie that goes around your neck is soft and easy to adjust so it’s not too tight, there’s also elastic around the back for a comfortable fit. This is a dress I absolutely see myself getting a lot of wear out of, from weddings to date nights I have no doubt you’ll see this dress make more appearances either on my blog, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Snapchat. I should also note that the dress is currently on sale at Nordstrom for under $100.

Pretty much all I wanted to do during this shoot was twirl around.

Eliza J is quickly becoming one of my favorite brands, from work to formal affairs, they design gorgeous pieces I know I can wear over and over again. They do such a great job with colors, fabrics and silhouettes that are flattering! You can see my blog post with photos from last month in another Eliza J dress, it’s called “Pop of pink”.

Below you can see that I’ve linked a couple other Eliza J dresses that I’m loving right now as well as the pieces you see me wearing in this post.
