These jeans, we’ve been through a lot together.
They’re a pair of my most treasured denim from Gap and are about 7 years old. When I bought them they had a few rips and tears, I needed a pair of destroyed skinny jeans. Over the years they have worn really nicely and as you can see have much bigger holes in them now. When I say we’ve been through a lot together, I just mean that on every trip I’ve taken in the last 7 years whether it was to Portland for a weekend or Spain for a summer trip, these jeans have been with me through all the memories I’ve made. Yes, I guess you could say there is a bit of emotional attachment to them.
For this look I paired the jeans with more denim! A chambray shirt I picked up from Nordstrom a couple years ago, some assorted pieces of gold jewelry and a pair of Christian Louboutin pumps. Denim on denim is a look I will continue to repeat no matter the time of year, it’s a sophisticated look that I feel comfortable and stylish in.
