The Symphony Guild in Seattle brings to you their 14th annual concert by Grammy Award winning composer Mateo Messina, The Last Wonder of The World, in support of Seattle Children’s Hospital uncompensated care. Messina a Seattle native, scored the film Juno for Jason Reitman, which led to a Grammy win.

This year’s event will take place at Benaroya Hall in downtown Seattle. The entertainment for the evening is nothing less than stellar, Five for Fighting’s John Ondrasik will be performing, as well as Civil Twilight, the Northwest Symphony Orchestra and NBC’s The Voice finalist, Vicci Martinez.

I’m thrilled because I have tickets to GIVE AWAY to this event, so if you want to go send me a shout on Twitter or on Facebook with the link to this blog post telling me you want to go. This giveaway starts now and ends Wednesday (11/2), that evening I’ll announce the winners!

The evening begins at 6:30pm with a reception and silent auction, with the concert to follow at 8pm. Tickets are available online at thesymphonyguild.org and range from $40-60. You can help make difference in the live’s of children just by attending this concert. When deciding if you should go or not, take a moment and ask yourself what you’ve done for your community lately?
