I love summer time and I about fell over when I saw the commercial for this new dress from H&M. It’s H&M’s summer ruffle dress, and to make it even more awesome 100% recycled polyester! Be green or in this case yellow (like sunshine) and look cute! The ruffles are feminine and romantic, I can see this dress perfect for a summer afternoon lunch or a fun night out!
